Educative Savate Class : from 6 to 9 years old
In this class, we will teach your kids :
Precision, flexibility, angling and coordination of upper and lower body! Plus, the Basic of the defense, self control and reactivity.
College Savate Class : From 10 to 13 years old
It's time for your kids to enter in the real world of "Savate" !!! In this class, we will teach them how to built tacticals offensives, counter attacks,manage their pysical's condition. They will be now, allowed to take part of National competitions. (strikes are not given with force)

Adults Savate class: From 14 years old to ...
In Adults class, we wil teach you all the Art of Savate ! An effective arsenal of punchs and Kicks strikes during an intensive cardio-vascular session. Flexibility and discipline are the keys of Savate.
